Vacuum regularly and do not use a beater bar. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or white cloth. Spot clean with minimal amount of water and mild soap solution. Blot firmly, but gently from outside to center of stain, avoiding scrubbing. Should long ends of yarn appear on surface, do not pull. Use scissors to trim yarn evenly with rug surface.
