Return Policy

We want to make sure you are totally happy with your purchase. If an item does not work for your home, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.


A few items can't be returned, including:


  • Clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items marked “non-Returnable.”
  • Items you have already assembled.


Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:


  • Shipping charge for orders under $499.00
  • White Glove Delivery Services
  • Assembly services included with delivery.


However, if your item is defective or damaged, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.


We know how frustrating a damaged or defective item can be. If your item is damaged or defective, we will be sure to get a resolution for you if reported within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure we make your order right, we may require a photo(s) of the damage and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Check your inbox for a return confirmation email. We’ll refund you as soon as you send the item(s) back.

 

Return Shipping


Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return.

 

For items delivered via UPS Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email and bring the package to a nearby UPS shipping office.


For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered via special carrier: Follow the same steps above, but instead of printing a shipping label, we’ll coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.
